At Connex Depot, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Due to the nature of our products—particularly used and modified containers—our return and refund policy is outlined clearly below.
All used containers are sold as-is and are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged during delivery or there is a proven discrepancy from the agreed specifications.
Returns for new containers may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the container is:
In original condition
Unused
Not modified or altered in any way
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Containers that have been customized, painted, cut, or otherwise altered to customer specifications are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please review all specifications and approve renderings or drawings before production begins.
If your container arrives damaged or not as ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer:

Replacement
Partial refund (based on extent of damage and product type)
You must provide photo documentation and written notice to initiate a claim.
Orders canceled before dispatch may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus any administrative or production costs already incurred.
Orders canceled after dispatch are subject to delivery and restocking charges.
Once a return or refund is approved, we will process the reimbursement via your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Delivery and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
